How to Book the Club House for a Function
The clubhouse can be booked for external functions and parties, remembering that matches take a preference for entertaining visiting sides/clubs.
To book the club contact Howard Beardsell on (01304) 827784. Functions
will be pencilled in but are not confirmed until
you have completed a booking form stating terms
and conditions together with all of your details.
Hall hire for an evening is (TBC)
and upon acceptance of your booking form and payment your booking
will be confirmed. Included in the hire fee there is a (TBC)
cleaning fee, which, provided the clubhouse is left in a clean and
presentable condition , will be returned to you at a later date. Should
there be the need to clean up then the deposit will of course be forfeit.
