Dover U9s v Ashford & Folkestone

The Under 9's played their first game of the season at home against Ashford and Folkestone. They put in a strong and spirited performance beating Ashford 'A' 1-0 and drawing with both Folkestone (1-1) and Ashford 'B' (0-0). Try scorers for Dover on the day where Jake (against Ashford) and Tom (against Folkestone). All players worked well as a team in this, there first taste of contact rugby after moving up from the under 8's. Player of the day was Tom who impressed with his tackling and solid all round performance.
