Today saw Dover Under 15s first win of the season and congratulations go to the team for deserving such a fine win. Last season Dover and Thanet had won a match each so no doubt Thanet will be after a win later in the season.
This week Josh Mills moved back from number 8 to his favoured place at centre alongside fly-half George Moore. The combination worked well with secure back up from Sam Stevens at full back and a keen pack who consistently secured ball with pack leader Shaun Piddlesden playing a solid match giving the forwards the direction they needed.
George Moore scored a try, 3 conversions and a penalty. Josh Mills scored 2 tries. Apart from a 10 minute snooze in the second half, Dover looked powerful, organised and clear winners. It was the first time that the hard work put in by the team with coach James Cattermole really started to show.
Keep it up boys.
Man of the Match – Shaun Piddlesden
