Dover v Canterbury

In this the last game of the season on another glorious, hot day, Dover visited Canterbury. Dover started slowly in their first game against Sittingbourne and soon found themselves 2-0 behind. They fought back hard and displayed the good team spirit they have built over this season by coming back to draw this first game 6-6. Their strong momentum continued into their second game when they came up against Canterbury, they played brilliantly to beat the home team 6-5. In their last game against Thanet, they showed determination in a close fought, evenly matched game narrowly loosing in the end 7-5. All players worked really hard, supporting their team mates and enjoying their games.They have all enjoyed this season and are looking forward to moving up to the under 9's
