Dover U14’s (36) v Whitstable (19)

Spirits were high this Sunday as the Dover under 14s team and the
Whitstable under 14s team went head to head in a long time rivalled
match.
Both Dover and the Whitstable teams had come on leaps and bounds and
neither team knew how the other team would play.
Dover won the toss – Whitstable kick to Dover to start.
The first half was constant good honest rugby, both teams played their hearts out and at the whistle for half time the score was 17 – 5 to Dover.
The second half saw Dover playing uphill and looking into the sun, both teams played very well and it was very closely matched, after superb tries throughout the match from Tom Clarke, Vice Captain George Moore, Alex Morris, Josh Mills and James Limmer who with the aid of Sam Stevens successfully converted three tries.
Captain Sam Webb Praised the whole team on a magnificent effort and looks forward to challenging Ashford, Thanet and Canterbury over the next up coming month.
